Role Overview

We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the position of Associate Business Analyst. The selected candidate will work under the direct guidance of and report to the Lead Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Process Analysis: Conduct structured business analysis to map out and thoroughly understand existing business processes, operational workflows, and requirements.

• Requirements Management: Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate active stakeholder discussions, workshops, interviews, formal presentations, and solution demonstrations.

• Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as a bridge and clear communication channel between business users, internal technology teams, and external vendors to maintain alignment.

• Testing & Validation: Support ongoing solution design, testing workflows, requirement validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.

• Documentation & Reviews: Assist in drafting formal business cases, project feasibility studies, and detailed post-implementation reviews.

• Pre-Sales Support: Assist in pre-sales activities, including initial requirement gathering, solution demonstrations, project effort estimations, and technical proposal preparation.

Candidate Profile

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related field.

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in business analysis or an equivalent project coordination role.

• Methodologies: Solid foundational understanding of requirement elicitation techniques, business process modeling, the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.

• Tools & Standards: Practical familiarity with modern requirements management tools and industry-standard documentation practices.

• Interpersonal Skills: Robust analytical, structured problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Teamwork: Proven ability to operate efficiently both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional project teams.

• Quality Focus: Sharp attention to detail with an unyielding commitment to delivering high-quality, precise outcomes.
