Role Overview

We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Associate Tech Lead. The selected candidate will report directly to the Manager – Human Resources & Resource Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Design: Convert complex business and architectural requirements into scalable technical designs and production-ready development solutions.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support junior developers to consistently achieve project objectives.

• Development & Guidance: Provide hands-on technical guidance and contribute actively to critical software development activities.

• Code Governance: Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure engineering teams adhere strictly to coding standards and industry best practices.

• Issue Resolution: Identify complex application issues and design/implement effective, sustainable solutions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, business analysts, project managers, QA teams, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

• Release & Deployment Management: Manage overall software quality, release cycles, and deployment activities.

• DevOps Support: Support and optimize CI/CD processes alongside automated deployment practices.

• Ecosystem Development: Develop and deploy enterprise applications utilizing Microsoft technologies and core Azure services.

• Client Engagement: Assist in managing client relationships, ensuring technical solutions remain perfectly aligned with business goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Educational & Professional Experience

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent professional qualification.

• Experience: A minimum of 7 years of industry experience, including at least 2 years of direct experience operating in a similar leadership or senior capacity.

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Core Frameworks: Strong development experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, AngularJS (or similar modern frontend frameworks), HTML5, CSS3, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.

• Architecture: Clear, practical understanding of REST architecture, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), design patterns, and enterprise application engineering.

• Cloud & DevOps: Direct experience with Azure services, establishing CI/CD pipelines, executing automated deployments, and implementing code quality practices.

• System Delivery: Proven track record in developing and supporting distributed, multi-tier applications and managing software releases.

• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, teamwork, and structured problem-solving capabilities.

• Role: Associate Tech Lead

• Shift Pattern: US Shift (2:00 PM IST – 11:00 PM IST)

• Contract Duration: 3 Months (Contract Basis)
