The Job (Key Responsibilities)

• Portfolio Management: Manage a healthy financial portfolio by maintaining agreed NPL (Non-Performing Loan) ratios and provisions.

• Operations & Leadership: Lead the branch team and oversee the overall operations and controls of the branch to achieve set business objectives.

• Brand Image: Uplift the company’s corporate image by providing outstanding customer services.

The Person (Qualifications & Requirements)

• Experience: * Minimum 7 years of work experience in the banking and financial sector.

  • At least 3 years of work experience must be in a similar managerial capacity.

• Education & Qualifications: * Possess a degree in Sales, Marketing, Banking & Finance, or Credit Management.

  • A professional qualification in a relevant field will be considered an advantage.

• Key Skills: * Excel in cross-selling, networking, and leadership.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
