Role Profile

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing front-line cash operations with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, while delivering a superior level of customer service aligned with the Company’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute cash receipts, payments, and related transactions with precision and efficiency.

  • Ensure daily cash balancing, reconciliation, and proper maintenance of records.

  • Safeguard cash and other financial instruments in accordance with established procedures.

  • Maintain strict adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Deliver professional and courteous customer service at all times.

  • Support branch operational functions and contribute to overall service excellence.

Candidate Profile (Qualifications & Experience)

  • Education: Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification (preferably in the Commerce or a related stream).

  • Professional Qualifications: Professional or part qualification in AAT / CA Sri Lanka / CIMA will be an added advantage.

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong numerical aptitude with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Proven integrity, reliability, and ability to handle confidential information.

    • Ability to perform effectively in a structured, process-driven environment.
