Key Responsibilities

What You Need to Do:

• Financial Management: Manage the category’s sales performance and ensure profit margins align closely with company objectives.

• Pricing Alignment: Execution of daily operations in strict alignment with established Keells pricing policies.

• Project Delivery: Complete assigned projects within the designated timeline while ensuring the highest quality of implementation.

• Sourcing Strategy: Design and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize overall procurement and supply costs.

• Market Adaptability: Dynamically adapt category strategies to volatile market conditions and evolving consumer buying behaviors.

• Data Analytics: Analyze commercial data to accurately identify industry, consumer behavior, and product category trends.

Requirements & Qualifications

What You Need:

• Education: A university degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Physical Sciences, OR an equivalent professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or CIM.

• Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Organization: Excellent organizational capabilities with strong attention to detail.

• Negotiation: A demonstrable aptitude for effective commercial negotiation.

• Industry Knowledge: Deeply up-to-speed with modern purchasing and procurement best practices.

• Analytical Skills: Strong familiarity with market research, financial forecasting techniques, and robust data analysis.

• Software Proficiency: Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications (particularly MS Excel).
