The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated Band 5 or Band 6 Community Physiotherapist to join a dynamic Adult Services team in Bristol. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys autonomy and is passionate about delivering high-quality care to patients in their own environments.
The Role
Working within the Adult Service, you will be responsible for providing both acute and long-term therapeutic interventions. You will manage a diverse clinical caseload, focusing on the treatment and rehabilitation of adults within their own homes.
Key Responsibilities

Clinical Delivery: Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and treatments for acute and chronic conditions.

Home-Based Care: Manage and treat adult patients within a community setting, ensuring personalized care plans.

Framework Compliance: Work within a robust competency framework to maintain high standards of clinical safety and effectiveness.

Collaborative Working: Liaise with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient transitions and holistic care.
Requirements

Qualifications: Degree in Physiotherapy and current HCPC registration.

Experience: Previous experience in community settings or adult rehabilitation is preferred.

Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in the community.

Logistics: A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is typically required for community-based roles.
