Job Profile

  • Call Management: Efficiently and professionally handling both inbound and outbound calls.

  • Customer Solutions: Delivering effective solutions to address various customer inquiries.

  • Product Education: Educating customers on the Bank’s comprehensive suite of products and services.

Applicant Profile

  • Age: Between 20 to 35 years.

  • Education: Passed G.C.E. O/L, Edexcel, or Cambridge O/L with “Credit” passes in Mathematics and English.

  • Experience: Prior experience in call centre operations is preferred.

  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills; trilingual or bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
