Customer Service Consultant (Money Confidence Expert)

Location: Manchester Longsight (with flexibility to commute to nearby branches) Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term | Full-Time Salary: £26,923 (£24,700 base + £2,223 cash allowance) + performance bonus Hours: Shifts between 08:00 and 20:00, Monday to Saturday (rotational basis)

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Money Confidence Expert, you are the face of TSB. Your goal is to empower personal and business customers to bank with ease. Whether face-to-face, over the phone, or via video call, you will:

  • Build Relationships: Get to know your customers to provide personalized financial support.

  • Educate & Assist: Guide customers through our digital tools, helping them master our mobile app and online banking.

  • Solve Problems: Respond to inquiries with empathy and efficiency, ensuring every customer leaves feeling confident about their finances.
