Customer Support Executive
Job Responsibilities
•Maintain and expand relationships with all key stakeholders.
•Attend to client’s requirements and needs on timely manner.
•Ensure accuracy of information and pay attention to detail.
•Maintain documents and the relevant information on time.
•Resolving product or service-related problems by attending to customer complaints and follow-up.
•Monthly revenue generation.
•Accurate and timely follow-ups on all matters.
Person Specifications
•Proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
•Good verbal and written communication skills in English and working knowledge of Sinhala is a prerequisite.
•Able work under pressure and meet deadlines.
•Familiarity with SAP or in handling a CRM system is an added advantage.
