The One Group of Hotels is seeking an organized and proactive Digital Marketing Junior Executive / Executive. In this role, you will support digital campaign execution, email marketing, website optimization, performance reporting, and daily marketing initiatives across our premier hospitality and lifestyle brands.

The ideal candidate possesses strong English communication skills, excellent attention to detail, a solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, and the ability to seamlessly manage multiple brands and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Support and manage the execution of digital campaigns across various lifestyle and hospitality brands.

• Email Marketing: Assist with planning and launching email marketing campaigns and automated marketing workflows.

• Website Optimization: Handle regular website content updates and support ongoing optimization tasks.

• Performance Reporting: Track digital campaign metrics and assist in preparing performance reports.

• Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate effectively with internal teams, graphic designers, external agencies, and partners.

• Marketing Rollouts: Support promotional offer rollouts, campaign adjustments, and general marketing coordination tasks.

• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and digital campaign insights.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure high accuracy, brand consistency, and timely execution across all digital marketing channels.

Prerequisites

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, campaign execution, or a closely related field.

• Core Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms, CMS updates, email marketing, and reporting metrics.

• Communication: Exceptional English writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

• Multitasking: Proven ability to handle multiple brands, meet deadlines, and balance shifting marketing priorities.

• Attributes: Strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, highly organized, and eager to learn.

• Technical Familiarity: Basic experience with digital marketing tools, web analytics, and performance tracking software.

• Preferred Advantage: Prior experience within hospitality, luxury travel, lifestyle, real estate, or creative agency environments is a distinct plus.
