The Opportunity

We are developing a next-generation architecture for AI processors and are looking for a talented RTL Design Engineer to help shape the future of our hardware. Core Responsibilities

• Architectural Development: Collaborate on the design, development, and optimization of a brand-new AI processor architecture.

• Innovation & Research: Identify and implement cutting-edge trends and techniques to solve Power, Performance, and Area (PPA) challenges.

• Hardware/Software Synergy: Evaluate algorithms for hardware implementation and work closely with software teams to ensure seamless system integration.

• Full Lifecycle Support: From creating technical specifications and block diagrams to supporting prototype testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

What You’ll Bring

• Education: A BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering (or a related field) with a strong academic record in IC design.

• Technical Mastery: Proficiency in ASIC/FPGA design flows, RTL design, and verification using Verilog.

• Domain Knowledge: A deep understanding of digital circuit design, computer architecture, and neural network models.

• Tooling: Experience with industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., Vivado, Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor Graphics).

• Soft Skills: A collaborative mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and clear communication skills.

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience with FPGA prototyping and emulation.

• Familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

• Published research or patents related to GPU/AI accelerator design.
