The Role

Gap Personnel is currently recruiting for a Dispatch Operative to join a UK-leading airgun manufacturer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dependable, organized individual to manage a busy workload within a high-quality manufacturing environment.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00

• Friday: 08:00 – 16:00

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and dispatching all web and retail shop orders.

• Logistics Tracking: Booking repair and warranty work in and out of the system.

• Quality Control: Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and performing quality checks on products.

• Procedural Compliance: Following strict safety and operational procedures in a fast-paced setting.

Candidate Requirements

• Tech Savvy: Strong computer literacy for order processing and data entry.

• Organized: Able to work on your own initiative and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for quality and accuracy.

• Transport: Given the remote location in Stoke-on-Trent/Stafford (ST21), having your own transport is highly preferred.
