Executive / Junior Executive – Central Credit

Company: Siyapatha Finance PLC (The fully owned largest subsidiary of Sampath Bank PLC).
Location / Head Office: Siyapatha Tower, 111, Dudley Senanayake Mawatha, Colombo 08, Sri Lanka.

Credit Evaluation: Analyze, evaluate, and assess the creditworthiness of clients and credit facilities, ensuring all security documents adhere to company credit policy provisions.
Post-Credit Monitoring: Engage in post-credit activities and monitor credit quality by frequently evaluating post-credit operations.
Branch Advisory: Advise branches on documentation and disbursements, providing necessary guidance and coordinating credit activities.
Relationship Management: Coordinate and maintain good working relationships with all internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth operations.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Education: Degree in a credit-related discipline or professional qualification in Banking & Finance.
Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Age: Below 35 years.
