Job Profile

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Project Mastery: Maintaining an in-depth understanding of assigned real estate projects and collaborating closely with Sales Managers.

• Lead Generation: Conducting dynamic, on-ground activation campaigns at designated locations to source and secure new leads.

• Network Building: Developing strong relationships with banks, corporate entities, and community networks to tap into new buyer segments.

• Client Engagement: Engaging actively with walk-ins and site visitors, understanding their specific property requirements, and seamlessly handing over qualified prospects to the Sales Manager.

• Data Integrity: Maintaining meticulous, up-to-date database records on all incoming prospects.

• Performance Reporting: Preparing detailed monthly reports evaluating lead generation performance and campaign effectiveness.

• Brand Representation: Representing the John Keells Properties brand with high professionalism at both on-site and off-site activations, ensuring all customer interactions mirror JKP’s premium standards.

Personal Profile

• Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a sales role, real estate capacity, or a similar customer-facing position.

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Marketing, Economics, or Business.

• Core Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a natural flair for networking.
