KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advancing within the approved limits set out in the standardized procedure guidelines.
• Checking gold articles, doing valuation and assessment of articles, and negotiating with customers
  regarding advances under the given guidelines.
• Ensure strict adherence to all operational processes and guidelines pertaining to Gold Financing.
• Strategically plan and oversee the smooth execution of the Gold Loan business, while developing
  promotional activities to foster business growth.
• Continuously monitor the performance of the Gold Loan portfolio and implement necessary actions to
  drive advances and enhance portfolio growth.
• Stay informed on and comply with all relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• GCE (A/L) qualification
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in pawning or gold loan operations within a recognized financial institution.
• Proficiency in identifying counterfeit or substandard jewelry.
• Expertise in evaluating the gold content of articles.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Age between 25-35 years.
