Role Overview

We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Intern – Cloud Solutions & Services. The selected candidate will report directly to the Practice Manager – Cloud Solutions & Services and will gain hands-on exposure to cloud infrastructure, automation, and enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Environment Administration: Assist with the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.

• Technical Support: Troubleshoot technical issues and provide reliable user support for core Microsoft 365 services.

• Security & Governance: Support internal security, compliance frameworks, and governance activities within cloud environments.

• Documentation: Prepare, update, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and system reports.

• Scripting & Automation: Assist with task automation utilizing PowerShell and the Microsoft Graph API.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional technical teams to support the deployment and delivery of tailored customer solutions.

• Continuous Development: Actively learn and develop up-to-date knowledge regarding Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies, trends, and industry best practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Educational Background & Certifications

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.

• Certifications: Holding valid Microsoft certifications is considered a distinct advantage.

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Cloud Infrastructure: A basic foundational understanding of core Microsoft 365 services, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.

• Identity Management: Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID concepts is highly advantageous.

• Automation Fundamentals: Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting or general programming/scripting concepts.

Soft Skills & Attributes

• Problem Solving: Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clear documentation.

• Mindset: A proactive willingness to master new technologies, paired with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
