Job Profile

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding stipulated sales targets by identifying prospective clients through diverse lead generation methods and tapping into fresh customer segments.

• Internal Coordination: Collaborating closely with the Finance and Legal departments to facilitate and arrange all necessary transaction documentation.

• After-Sales Service: Ensuring high-quality, responsive after-sales service that aligns with customer expectations, while managing smooth coordination between all relevant parties.

• Relationship Management: Directing customer complaints to the appropriate internal teams, consistently following up, and responding to clients without undue delay.

Personal Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a sales or investment-related role. Previous experience operating in a high-value investment advisory capacity will be considered a distinct advantage.

• Education: A higher educational degree or a recognized professional qualification in Marketing, Economics, or a related business discipline.

• Core Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage high-net-worth relationships.
