Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the Plant Champion for the Process Excellence Team and deploy Lean Six Sigma principles across the site.
• Provide Kaizen knowledge and hands-on support to teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement training for employees.
• Lead and maintain 5S implementation at the site, ensuring workplace organization and efficiency.
• Facilitate and coach improvement projects to drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and eliminate process inefficiencies and improve operation productivity.
• Monitor and report key performance metrics related to process improvements.
• Support plant leadership in fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  Person’s Profile

• Bachelors’ degree in Engineering/Business/Science or a related field from a recognized University
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and TPM or any other lean training is an added advantage
• Minimum 1 years of experience in process improvement, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in MS Office packages
