Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Junior Tele Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and contribute to the company’s revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to engage with customers across diverse industries.

Key responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business leads through online research, databases, social media, exhibitions, referrals, and other lead generation channels.
• Reach out to prospective clients across various industries, including e-commerce, hospitality, travel, tourism, and other target market segments.
• Qualify and validate leads by reviewing CRM records to identify existing customers, active opportunities, and dormant accounts.
• Accurately register and maintain all prospect and customer information in the CRM system.
• Schedule sales calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions through the CRM to ensure timely engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to grow their business.
• Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, daily sales activities, and new customer acquisition.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer communications.
• Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Sales, or a related field.
• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or business development is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
