Compensation & Shifts

  • Pay Rate: £13.07 per hour

  • Shift Pattern: Continental Rotation (12-hour shifts, 06:00–18:00 / 18:00–06:00)

    • Week 1: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun (60 hours)

    • Week 2: Wed, Thu (24 hours)

    • Rotation: 2 weeks on Days, followed by 2 weeks on Nights.

Key Responsibilities

As a Machine Operator, you will be essential to our manufacturing efficiency. Your duties will include:

  • Machine Operation: Setting up and running blow and injection moulding machinery.

  • Quality Assurance: Monitoring production and conducting regular quality checks.

  • Reporting: Accurately recording production data, including part counts, weights, and rejects.

  • Safety & Maintenance: Ensuring a clean work area and strictly adhering to H&S standards.

  • Teamwork: Providing clear communication during shift handovers.

What You’ll Need

  • Background: Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation is preferred, but full training is provided.

  • Attributes: High attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude.

  • Requirements: Comfort working in PPE and the ability to manage 12-hour shifts.
