The Job (Key Responsibilities)

Strategy & Products: Support the development and execution of sustainable finance strategies and products.
Green Financing: Identify green financing opportunities in line with the applicable Green Finance Taxonomy.
ESG Evaluation: Evaluate business lending proposals against ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles.
Training & Awareness: Conduct awareness programs for frontline staff on sustainable finance initiatives.
Compliance & Reporting: Support greenhouse gas ( $GHG$ ) calculations, SLFRS S1 and SLFRS S2 reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Experience: * Minimum of three (3) years of experience in sustainability, ESG, risk management, corporate strategy, or compliance.
- Experience must be specifically within the banking or financial services sector.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or professional qualifications in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Sociology, or a related field.
Knowledge: Sound knowledge of ESG principles and sustainable finance will be an added advantage.
Traits: Strong passion for climate finance and sustainable business practices.
