Key Responsibilities

Public Relations & Brand Communications

  • Strategy Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive public relations, communication, and stakeholder engagement strategies aligned with core business objectives.

  • Media Relations: Manage media relations, press communications, and publicity initiatives to consistently enhance brand visibility and reputation.

  • Campaign Coordination: Plan and coordinate high-impact PR campaigns, media events, press conferences, and promotional activities.

  • Digital Outreach: Drive digital communication initiatives and rigorously monitor campaign performance against established KPIs.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure seamless and consistent brand messaging across all communication channels and marketing platforms.

  • Internal Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams to support business goals and strengthen employee engagement through targeted internal communications.

  • Performance Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of communication and public relations initiatives, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Loyalty & Strategic Partnerships

  • Value Generation: Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships and loyalty initiatives to maximize customer engagement, retention, and brand value.

  • Growth Opportunities: Identify and cultivate collaborative partnership opportunities that support business growth and elevate the overall guest experience.

Person Specifications & Eligibility Requirements

Educational & Professional Qualifications

  • Required: A Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business Management, or a closely related field.

  • Preferred: Professional qualifications in Public Relations, Marketing, Brand Management, or Digital Marketing. A Master’s Degree or postgraduate qualification in a related discipline will be a distinct advantage.

Experience & Core Competencies

  • Industry Background: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Communications, Public Relations, Media Relations, or a related field. Prior experience in the luxury hospitality industry is highly preferred.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to craft and deliver clear, compelling, and impactful messages.

  • Stakeholder Management: A proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with media professionals and key stakeholders to secure positive media coverage.

  • Crisis Management: Strong crisis communication and reputation management skills, with the ability to respond effectively and professionally to sensitive situations in a timely manner.

  • Innovation: A highly creative and innovative mindset capable of developing engaging communication campaigns, content, and stakeholder initiatives.
