About the Role

We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated Service Advisor to join our premier team at Mercedes-Benz of Milton Keynes.

As the vital link between our customers and the workshop, you will provide world-class care and expert consultation. You will manage the customer journey from start to finish—providing updates on vehicle servicing, liaising with technicians on workshop status, and ensuring every vehicle is ready on time. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where building genuine rapport and identifying customer needs is at the heart of everything we do.

Note: This role involves flexible shift patterns, including weekends, to ensure we consistently deliver the highest levels of service.

About You

We are looking for individuals with a passion for excellence and a hunger to grow.

Experience: While previous experience is preferred, we value a willingness to learn. Full training is provided via our in-house Learning & Development team and specialized Mercedes-Benz manufacturer courses.
Skills: Strong organizational and administrative skills with sharp attention to detail.
Customer Focus: A solid background in customer service is essential for success in our busy, demanding environment.
Systems: Familiarity with CDK/Kerridge/Autoline is an advantage, but not essential.
