The Opportunity

Pertemps is looking for an experienced Multi-Drop Van Driver to join our team on a long-term, ongoing basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a stable role with the potential for a permanent contract based on performance and attendance.

Working Hours

• Schedule: Monday to Friday.

• Shift: 07:30 start until finish (typically between 16:00 and 18:00).

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering parcels to both commercial and residential properties.

• Completing 40–60 drops per day on a designated route.

• Handling items up to 25kg.

• Ensuring all Proof of Delivery (POD) is accurately recorded.

• Providing exceptional customer service at every doorstep.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven van driving experience (ideally with major carriers like Amazon, DPD, or Evri).

• Vetting: Willingness to undergo a 5-year work history check and a DBS background check.

• Physicality: Comfortable with heavy lifting (up to 25kg).

Pay & Benefits

• Standard Rate: £15.65 per hour (0–45 hours).

• Overtime Rate: £23.48 per hour (45+ hours).
