The Opportunity

gap personnel is currently recruiting Packing Operatives for one of the UK’s leading producers of POS (Point of Sale) and POP (Point of Purchase) solutions. Based in Chippenham, our client creates innovative retail displays for some of the country’s most iconic brands. This is a great chance to join a creative, fast-paced production environment with full training provided.

Your Role

Working within a busy packing and gluing department, you will be a vital part of the production chain. Your responsibilities will include:

• Packing & Preparation: Carefully packing finished products and assembling boxes/packaging materials.

• Quality Control: Conducting essential checks to ensure all items meet high client standards.

• Production Support: Assisting with daily workloads and following specific work orders to meet targets.

• Site Safety: Maintaining a tidy, organized, and safe workspace.

Working Hours

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:00.

• Overtime: Weekend shifts may be available depending on business volume, paid at the standard rate of £12.71 per hour.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Ideally, you have a background in production or packing (though not essential).

• Attributes: Great attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
