Role Overview

We are seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic, and dynamic individuals to join our Retail Sales Team. This position is offered on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) and provides an opportunity to work with one of the top 1000 banks in the world.

Job Profile

  • Market Outreach: Proactively reaching out to prospective customers in the open market.

  • Product Sales: Utilizing solid value propositions to sell retail products to potential clients.

  • Revenue Growth: Identifying and enhancing cross-selling opportunities.

  • Relationship Management: Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure long-term future sales.

  • Performance: Consistently achieving assigned sales targets.

Applicant Profile

  • Age: Between 22 to 35 years.

  • Experience: While not mandatory, having 2 years of sales experience is considered an added advantage.

  • Education: Passed G.C.E. (O/L), Edexcel, or Cambridge O/L with passes in English and Mathematics.

  • Communication: Excellent command of Sinhala or Tamil (both written and spoken) with proficiency in the English language.

  • Personality: A good outgoing personality with a genuine passion for sales.
