Senior Account Manager – Large Enterprise

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling enterprise products, retaining the corporate client base, and driving revenue growth while working collaboratively within the sales team to meet collective goals. This role requires consistently meeting monthly and annual sales targets while effectively resolving customer issues to build long-term brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Execute targeted marketing campaigns and seminars to attract new corporate business opportunities.

  • Target Achievement: Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets to support company growth objectives.

  • Client Presentations: Create and deliver impactful corporate presentations to generate new enterprise sales.

  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong, regular contact with corporate customers to provide exceptional service and build lasting partnerships.

  • Customer Retention: Ensure top-tier service delivery to existing clients to guarantee satisfaction and maintain a 100% retention rate.

  • Issue Resolution: Follow up with customers diligently, resolve service issues promptly, and foster strong client loyalty.

  • Market Intelligence: Deepen understanding of complex enterprise solutions and analyze competitor strengths and weaknesses to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Networking: Attend corporate meetings, industry conferences, and trade fairs to build networks and stay updated on market trends.

  • Revenue Protection: Identify customer needs, organize client loyalty events, and manage debt recovery to protect business revenue and maintain high satisfaction.

Entry Requirements

The Person

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field from a recognized university.

  • Professional Qualifications: Full or partial qualification in CIM (UK) or SLIM.

  • Postgraduate Value-Add: Possessing an MBA will be considered a distinct advantage.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Enterprise Sales or Corporate Account Management.
