• Job Title: Senior Executive – Financial Analyst

The Job (Key Responsibilities)

• Financial Forecasting & Modeling: Develop, implement, and maintain complex financial models, forecasts, and long-term business projections.

• Variance Analysis: Analyze financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and strategic targets, identifying key drivers of variances.

• MIS Reporting: Prepare comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports, dashboards, and financial commentary for the Board, Sub-Committees, and Senior Management.

• Profitability Evaluation: Evaluate product, branch, and segment-level profitability, offering actionable insights to optimize revenue and manage costs.

• Feasibility Studies: Conduct capital budgeting, feasibility studies, and financial analysis for new business initiatives, branch expansions, and strategic investments.

• Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor performance, macro-economic factors, and regulatory developments to support strategic decision-making.

The Person (Qualifications & Requirements)

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized university.

• Professional Qualifications: Fully or partly qualified in CIMA, ACCA, CA, or CFA will be a distinct advantage.

• Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or a related corporate finance role within the banking or financial services sector.

• Key Skills: * Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis skills.

  • Exceptional proficiency in MS Excel and business intelligence tools.

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.

• Age: Preferably below 32 years of age.
