Job Title: Senior Executive – Operations

The Job (Key Responsibilities)

Account Management: Oversee operations related to savings accounts, fixed deposits, and other institutional accounts.
System Testing & Validation: Support application testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and data migrations within core operational systems.
Regulatory Compliance: Handle and process documents linked to the Department of Inland Revenue, the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL), and other regulatory institutions.
Customer Dispute Resolution: Investigate, handle, and resolve escalated operations-related customer queries and disputes efficiently.
Process Documentation: Create, update, and maintain detailed process notes, operational guidelines, and system user manuals.

Experience: * Minimum 3–4 years of experience in financial sector operations (specifically handling core operations, savings accounts, or fixed deposits).
- Experience with Finacle Core Banking or a similar core financial system is highly preferred.
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Business Administration, Finance, or Banking from a recognized institute.
Key Skills: * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight processing timelines.
Age: Preferably below 32 years of age.
