The Role
Join one of the world’s largest financial organizations as a Senior ISO Commercialisation and Product Manager. In this pivotal role, you will define and execute the global communication and engagement strategy for ISO 20022. Your mission is to translate complex technical shifts into clear client value, driving adoption across global markets and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Narrative: Own the global ISO 20022 value proposition, creating a compelling narrative that highlights benefits and competitive differentiation.

Content & Enablement: Develop high-quality tools, including playbooks, pitch decks, and competitive positioning content for internal and external use.

Campaign Management: Design and execute multi-channel global campaigns, tracking performance and implementing strategy “boosters” where needed.

Market Visibility: Partner with marketing teams to drive presence through press releases, media engagement, and industry seminars.

Stakeholder Outreach: Lead client briefings, webinars, and training sessions to ensure business readiness for key industry events.

Industry Monitoring: Stay ahead of regulatory changes and market infrastructure updates, proactively adjusting communication strategies.
Requirements

Expertise: Deep understanding of ISO 20022 and extensive experience in payments, transaction banking, or financial services.

Track Record: Proven ability to deliver marketing materials and training programs for large-scale regulatory or market-wide initiatives.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into client-friendly benefits.

Leadership: Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly the ability to influence and align teams within a global matrix environment.
