Job Profile
Are you a dynamic, high-performing sales professional with a passion for driving business growth within the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) sector? Dialog Axiata PLC is seeking an ambitious Senior Account Manager to lead sales acquisition, manage critical corporate relationships, and accelerate regional market presence.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Acquisition: Drive aggressive regional business development initiatives to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial targets.

Quad-Play Solution Delivery: Promote and position Dialog’s advanced quad-play solutions (Mobile, Broadband, Fixed Line, and Digital Television services) to new prospects and existing enterprise accounts.

Portfolio Retention: Enhance client retention, long-term loyalty, and customer lifetime value through proactive account management and strategic engagement.

Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research, evaluate regional competitor behavior, and deliver structured data-driven sales performance reports to leadership.

Operational Integrity: Adhere strictly to corporate compliance frameworks while contributing practical insights for operational process improvements.
Candidate Profile & Entry Requirements
Educational Qualifications

Successful completion of GCE A/L examinations paired with a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or an equivalent qualification.
Work Experience

A minimum of 4 to 5 years of proven experience in high-velocity B2B sales, enterprise solutions, or corporate account management (direct exposure to the telecommunications or ICT sector is highly advantageous).

A demonstrable track record of successfully managing high-potential portfolios with annual revenue targets exceeding Rs. 3 Million.

Trilingual Capability: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil to effectively engage diverse regional stakeholders.
