About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and innovative professional to join our Network Analytics & Automation team as a Specialist – Network Analytics.

In this role, you will drive end-to-end data initiatives spanning Data Engineering, Data Science, and Advanced Analytics to enhance network performance, enable automation, and improve customer experience. You will work across the full data lifecycle—from building robust data pipelines and platforms to developing machine learning models and delivering actionable insights that solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Data Engineering & Architecture

  • Pipeline Management: Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and robust data architectures (ETL/ELT).

  • Data Integration: Integrate and manage large, complex datasets from multiple internal and external sources.

  • Governance & Access: Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance across systems while enabling data accessibility for analytics, reporting, and machine learning use cases.

Data Science & Machine Learning

  • Model Development: Develop and deploy machine learning and statistical models to address critical network and business problems.

  • Advanced Modeling: Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and advanced statistical modeling.

  • Optimization: Define and implement model evaluation, validation, and optimization techniques, continuously improving models to ensure accuracy, robustness, and scalability.

Analytics, Insights & Collaboration

  • Business Intelligence: Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and recommendations, developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support executive decision-making.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define data-driven problem statements and drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Systems Operations & Network Impact

  • Deployment & Monitoring: Support the deployment of analytics solutions using DevOps / MLOps practices, ensuring operational stability and high performance of analytics systems.

  • Automation & KPIs: Contribute to the automation of network operations and use data science to improve network KPIs and customer Quality of Experience (QoE).

  • Reliability: Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to enhance network service reliability and overall performance.

Entry Requirements

The Person

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Domain Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Telecommunications or Technology domain.

  • Specialized Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of direct experience in Data Engineering, Data Science, or Analytics.

Technical Competencies

  • Data Engineering: Strong proficiency in SQL, data pipelines, big data technologies, and cloud environments.

  • Data Science: Hands-on experience with Python/R, statistical modeling, and popular ML frameworks.

  • Visualization: Practical experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

  • Frameworks: Solid knowledge of data governance, privacy, and security standards. Familiarity with DevOps/MLOps practices is considered a distinct advantage.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic, innovative, and results-driven mindset.

  • Ability to work effectively across engineering, data science, and business domains.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
