Job Description (Key Responsibilities)

  • Service Standards: Improve the customer service standards of the digital contact centre.

  • Staff Development: Provide on-the-job training to new staff members and energize them to achieve team objectives.

  • Complaint Resolution: Resolve escalated customer complaints.

  • Operations & Roster Management: Restructure and improve staff positioning plans through shift arrangements.

  • Performance Metrics: Actively reduce call hold ratio, abandon calls, and overall customer complaints.

Entry Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar capacity.

  • Skills: Proven leadership and roster management skills.

  • Age Limit: Between 30 – 40 years.

  • Language Proficiency: * Good communication skills in English & Sinhala are a must.

    • Proficiency in the Tamil language is a distinct advantage.

  • Key Attributes:

    • Voice clarity, courtesy, strong listening skills, and a service-oriented mindset.

    • Good team player with a dynamic personality and a positive attitude.
