Your Responsibilities

  • First-Line Support: Act as the primary contact for all IT queries, ensuring tickets are logged, categorized, and prioritized effectively.

  • Troubleshooting: Resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues, providing expert support for Windows and Microsoft Office.

  • User Management: Manage accounts, password resets, and permissions; oversee the onboarding and offboarding process for equipment and access.

  • Maintenance & Escalation: Monitor ticket progress to meet SLAs, support mobile and laptop hardware, and escalate complex issues with clear, accurate documentation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Proven background in a Support Desk or 1st-line IT role within a service desk environment.

  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Windows, Microsoft Office, and user account management.

  • Skills: Basic knowledge of VPN/networking, familiarity with ticketing systems (ideally ITIL-based), and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.

  • Communication: A calm, professional manner with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Bonus Points

  • ITIL Foundation certification.

  • Experience supporting remote users or multiple sites.

  • Exposure to cloud-based systems or specific business applications.
