UK Super Region Alliance Sales Executive – SAP

Overview of the Role
At EY, we are shaping the future of business with confidence. As the Alliance Sales Executive (SAP), you will be the commercial catalyst driving revenue growth through strategic “Sell-with” motions. You will identify, shape, and close joint sales opportunities between EY, our alliance partners, and our global clients.
This is a market-facing leadership role for an experienced seller and SAP subject matter expert. You will lead complex sales cycles from initiation to signed contract, navigating fast-moving technologies and fostering innovation across diverse stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities

Opportunity Origination: Proactively identify and qualify collaborative sales pursuits by leveraging client insights and partner relationships.

Strategic Solutioning: Partner with pursuit teams to identify technical options that address client challenges, enhancing EY’s offerings with SAP-specific expertise.

Deal Structuring: Utilize knowledge of partner pricing models to develop value-based selling approaches and innovative, competitive deal structures.

End-to-End Sales Leadership: Take full ownership of the sales cycle—from lead identification and proposal to high-level negotiation and contracting.

Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured, visible sales pipeline, providing regular reporting on risks and wins to Super Region and Global stakeholders via CRM data.

Ecosystem Advocacy: Build deep, trusted relationships with alliance partner field sales teams, acting as the “face of SAP” within EY’s sector and account teams.
Requirements & Experience

Proven Sales Track Record: Extensive experience in B2B solutioning and sales within professional services or technology-led environments, with a history of meeting or exceeding quotas.

Ecosystem Expertise: Demonstrated experience selling alongside major SaaS providers (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle) or hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google).

Leadership Skills: Ability to drive cross-functional teams in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.

Matrix Navigation: Comfortable operating effectively between multiple large, matrixed global organizations.

Technical Proficiency: A technical background or delivery management experience is preferred; an understanding of Enterprise Architecture is a distinct advantage.

Sales Methodology: Formal training in Miller Heiman, MEDDIC, or Challenger Sales is highly desirable.
