Van Driver (Holiday & Sickness Cover)

Pertemps | Brackley Rate: £14.50 per hour

The Opportunity

Pertemps is seeking a reliable and experienced Van Driver to provide essential holiday and sickness cover for our client in Brackley. This is a fantastic role for a professional driver looking for steady, ongoing weekday assignments.

The Role

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with early 6:00 am starts.
Deliveries: Primarily routes into Inner London.
Operations: Involves manual loading and unloading of goods.
Service: Acting as a professional ambassador for the client, ensuring high safety standards and excellent customer interactions on every run.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a delivery role.
Confidence: Proven experience navigating and driving within Inner London.
Licence: A full UK driving licence (maximum of 6 minor points; no DR or IN codes).
Skills: Excellent communication and English skills, paired with strong geographical knowledge.
Physicality: Must be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
