Location: Washington, NE38 8QH

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Shift: Days (06:00 – 14:00)

Hours: Up to 40 hours per week (7-day rota, includes weekends)

We are looking for motivated Warehouse Operatives to join a high-energy clothing distribution centre. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy team.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately picking and packing clothing items to meet targets.

• Technology: Using handheld scanners or voice headset systems to process orders.

• Quality Control: Handling all merchandise with care to ensure it is packaged correctly.

• Inventory Support: Assisting with stock replenishment and maintaining an organized workspace.

• Safety First: Adhering to all health and safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not essential (full training provided).

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using scanning equipment or eager to learn new systems.

• Attributes: High attention to detail, punctuality, and a strong team-player mindset.

• Fitness: Ability to keep up with a fast-paced physical role.

• Awareness: A basic understanding of workplace health and safety.
