Warehouse Operative (Day Shift)

gap personnel | Stowmarket (IP14) Rate: £13.20 per hour Schedule: Full-Time | 4 Days On, 4 Days Off (06:00 – 18:00)

The Opportunity

Kickstart your career with a leading logistics provider in Stowmarket. We are looking for hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join an ongoing, temporary-to-permanent contract.

Transport Available: We provide designated pick-up and drop-off points from Colchester and Ipswich. (Note: A fee applies—please contact us for pricing and locations.)

The Role

This is a physically active role within a fast-paced team environment. Your duties will include:

• Picking & Packing: Accurate order fulfillment using handheld scanners.

• Loading/Unloading: Efficiently handling stock and unloading containers.

• Teamwork: Meeting targets set by the Floor Manager with high attention to detail.

• Physical Demands: This role involves standing for long periods and lifting items up to 25kg independently.
