The Role
You will support customers, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure the delivery of best-in-class wealth solutions. Your core responsibilities will include:

Operational Support: Managing daily back-office enquiries from Global Operation Teams and resolving issues efficiently.

Guidance & Collaboration: Providing technical support and guidance to colleagues across the Wealth Operations department.

Data Analysis: Interpreting data to identify and implement process improvements.

Risk & Compliance: Adhering to risk and control frameworks while staying current with regulatory changes.

Strategic Projects: Contributing to ad hoc regulatory or strategic initiatives to move the business forward.
Requirements
We are looking for a collaborative team player with a proactive mindset. To be successful, you should have:

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Regulation Knowledge: Experience in a regulated environment is a plus, specifically knowledge of CASS, ISA, or COB.

Product Awareness: Familiarity with investment products and financial markets is advantageous.

Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
