• Updating Tamil news and digital content across News 1st platforms
• Creating high-engagement Videos, Reels, Shorts, and TikTok content
• Updating and managing content on the Newsfirst.lk website
• Supporting digital newsroom operations and content publishing workflows

• Strong understanding of news and current affairs
• Good knowledge of social media trends and “hook-based” storytelling techniques
• Ability to work under tight deadlines within a 24/7 news environment
• Previous experience in a digital newsroom or media agency will be highly advantageous
