Key Duties
As a Finance Executive at Spring & Summer, you will be part of the finance team at our Maharagama Head Office. Your role will involve handling day-to-day financial operations, assisting with financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will also support internal audits, contribute to budgeting activities, and work with accounting systems to maintain accurate records. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following:
- Full professional qualification in AAT or part qualification in ICASL/ACCA.
- Strong computer literacy with knowledge of accounting software.
- A degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Commerce will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in a commercial sector environment.
- Minimum 1 year of audit firm experience.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
