Key Duties
As a Senior Interior Designer at InTalent Asia, you will play a vital role in shaping creative, functional, and sustainable design solutions for diverse projects. This position requires a balance of design vision, technical expertise, and collaboration.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development of design concepts, layouts, and mood boards.
- Preparing detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials using tools such as Autodesk Revit and BIM platforms.
- Researching and recommending sustainable materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Working closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to align design and project requirements.
- Producing high-quality visualizations and renderings using tools like 3DS Max, Lumion, Enscape, or Twinmotion.
- Assisting with client presentations, including immersive experiences using VR/AR technology.
- Conducting site visits and preparing reports for senior team members.
- Keeping up to date with the latest design trends, BIM practices, and AI-driven design innovations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related discipline.
- Proven professional experience in interior design roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and rendering software.
- Familiarity with Dubai Municipality codes, Al Safat standards, and sustainable design guidelines is an advantage.
- Experience with VR/AR platforms such as Enscape or Twinmotion is beneficial.
- A strong design portfolio that demonstrates both creativity and technical ability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
