  • Schedule: Rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

Key Duties

As a Collections Supervisor, you will lead a team of agents in managing delinquent accounts while ensuring excellent member service. Core responsibilities include:

  • Supervising, coaching, and developing collection agents to meet team performance goals.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delinquency, recovery rates, and promise-to-pay conversions.
  • Reviewing productivity metrics to maximize efficiency and improve processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies (FDCPA, UDAAP, TCPA).
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations, setting development plans, and recognizing high performers.
  • Leading call calibration sessions to ensure negotiation quality and consistency.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to align strategies with organizational objectives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in collections or call center leadership (preferred).
  • Ability to work on-site with flexibility for hybrid arrangements (based on business needs).
  • Willingness to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and accurate data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
