Key Duties
As an Executive – Client Experience, you will be at the center of client engagement, ensuring every interaction reflects NEXT Ventures’ commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering real-time support to clients via CRM, email, and live chat tools.
- Handling queries promptly while escalating sensitive issues according to protocols.
- Ensuring response times and service standards meet defined benchmarks.
- Gathering client feedback and sharing insights with internal teams for service improvements.
- Maintaining accurate client records and contributing to a collaborative support culture.
- Assisting with daily team operations and fostering a positive, solutions-focused environment.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal ability across multiple communication channels.
- High typing accuracy and speed.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong adaptability, patience, and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and productive in high-pressure situations.
- A proactive, learning-focused mindset with openness to feedback.
