Key Duties
As a Process Analyst – Accounts Payable, you will be a key contributor to our client’s Finance & Accounting operations. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end accounts payable processes for assigned entities.
- Handling invoice processing (PO and non-PO), vendor queries, disputes, and helpdesk support.
- Ensuring compliance with turnaround times (TAT), accuracy levels, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Preparing dashboards, performance metrics, and weekly SLA reports for management.
- Supporting continuous improvement efforts within the Accounts Payable function.
- Working across rotational shifts (day, afternoon, night) as required.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- 1–2 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (Accounts Payable).
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with invoice processing (PO and non-PO).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Exposure to SAP is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in industries such as Oil & Gas, Supply Chain, or Heavy Industries will be preferred.
