Key Duties
As a Show Room Assistant at Teleseen Marketing, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the showroom. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting customers, ensuring they receive a professional and friendly service.
- Managing product displays and maintaining the overall presentation of the showroom.
- Assisting with stock control and inventory management.
- Supporting sales activities by providing product knowledge and guidance to customers.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to achieving sales targets.
- Coordinating with team members to maintain smooth operations.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in sales or retail showroom operations.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- A proactive and customer-oriented approach.
- Previous experience in a retail environment (preferred).
