Job Overview
We are seeking a Fractional Chief Administrative Officer to guide and oversee company-wide administrative functions. This role is designed for seasoned executives who excel at building scalable processes, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring operational excellence. It’s an opportunity to work closely with founders and leadership teams while maintaining the flexibility of fractional engagement.
Key Duties
As Chief Administrative Officer, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of organization-wide administrative strategy.
- Establish and refine internal policies to improve compliance, efficiency, and consistency.
- Design and optimize scalable systems for daily operations.
- Oversee vendor and procurement processes to ensure cost-effective, high-quality partnerships.
- Manage internal communications and promote effective information flow across teams.
- Identify and implement administrative technology solutions to drive productivity.
- Support executive-level decision-making and contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Extensive experience in administrative, operational, or executive leadership positions.
- Proven ability to scale administrative functions during growth phases.
- Strong business acumen, with knowledge of finance, compliance, and organizational processes.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical, data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Previous fractional, interim, or advisory leadership experience is highly valued.
