Key Duties
As a Customer Support Specialist at Alankit, you will be responsible for providing direct assistance to applicants and customers across various service touchpoints. Your role will involve:
- Reviewing documents and collecting applications for further processing.
- Assisting customers with inquiries in person, via phone, or email.
- Managing cash or bank-related transactions with accuracy when assigned.
- Entering and maintaining application data in the system, ensuring zero errors.
- Coordinating logistics for passport/document delivery to applicants, consulates, or courier partners.
- Adhering strictly to standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines.
- Informing applicants about optional services and ensuring smooth delivery of chosen services.
- Supporting administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, updating calendars, and organizing office expenses.
- Handling document digitization, photocopying, and related record management.
- Explaining products and services offered by the company to clients.
- Compiling and organizing essential data required for operational purposes.
Requirements
