Key Duties
As an Internal Audit Intern, you will work closely with the audit team to strengthen financial controls and compliance processes. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the preparation of internal audit reports and documentation.
- Supporting financial audits by collecting and reviewing financial records.
- Performing data analysis to identify trends, variances, and potential risks.
- Assisting in compliance checks with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with the audit team to conduct operational and financial reviews.
- Providing general support in planning and executing audit activities.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of financial auditing and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage tasks independently while being a team player.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Progress in professional accounting qualifications (CA/ACCA) is advantageous.
- Prior internship or work experience in finance or audit will be considered a plus.
