Key Duties
As a Land Sales Executive, you will play a central role in driving land sales operations for Senarath Group. This position involves managing the entire sales cycle while building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying potential buyers and generating new sales opportunities.
- Conducting client meetings, presentations, and property visits.
- Negotiating agreements to close deals effectively.
- Preparing accurate sales documentation, contracts, and regular performance reports.
- Conducting market research to track industry trends and competitor activities.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing after-sales support.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Proven experience in sales and client management, preferably in real estate or land sales.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation.
- Ability to conduct market analysis and prepare detailed sales reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred.
